For Those of you who didn’t know yet, Brother Gruesome IE Todd and Levi are holed up in a cob and straw bale house on the Mesa just west of Taos NM.  Our goal is to finish recording our new album and write and demo a ton of other new material.   This endeavor is made slightly difficult due to the lack of electricity, running water or central heat.  A handy generator and blazing wood stove are helping us get by though.  We have a crew of friendlies on our road that are keeping us socialized.  The neighbors mainly play hot dice with us huddled around oil lantern lit tables.  In a couple weeks we will upgrade to partial solar power which will help get us through the hours of tracking and editing that the new project will require.  Here is the song 5am for free download from nice people.  It was completed shortly before leaving Oklahoma City.  5 am most likely will be on our upcoming release but could change a bit.
